blah from headacheI have a confession. I am sitting here eating ice cream as I type. There.. I feel better. Well.. it is family night and I don't want to be left out of all the good stuff.

Bored with this movie I agreed to watch with hubby.
I won't do this everyday. Just wanted to get the hang of things so I read up on meal planning and healthy choices.
Today's meal plan:
Breakfast
Peach yogurt (lowfat)
100% Multi grain bread- one slice
1 tbsp. peanut butter
Lunch
Cup pasta with sauce
1/2 cup cucumber
2 boiled eggs
banana
water
Dinner
2oz. chicken
1/3 cup rice
1/2 cup cooked carrots
1/2 cup pineapple
water or diet soda
MENTAL NOTE: DRINK WATER
tiredTonight I headed out to Wal-mart to grab a few things to get me on my way to eating healthier. A run down of a few things on my list that I picked up.



I will have you know that I didn't buy
Pepsi. It was hard but I made it though. I was thinking of getting a little and have it just for a treat but I will hold off and see how I do. I may look like this -->
